Print with selection fit in horizontal,at the top.

I want to be able to print a selection that is best fit horizontally, but then moved to the top of the page. Right now it will best fit horizontally, and then center between top and bottom. I want it printed all the way to the top, so perhaps only the top half of the page is used, not the middle half.
